Machine Oil 180
Machine Oil 180 is a pure, non-water-miscible process oil with carbon nano-onions, specially developed for heavy metal cutting – i.e., for machining operations with high cutting forces, large chip volumes, and robust materials, where commercially available process oils reach their limits.
CNO lubrication converts sliding friction into rolling friction – precisely in those load ranges where classic EP additive packages are most stressed. The result: stable cutting edges even with large depths of cut, cleaner chip breaking ratios, and 50 to 400% longer tool life, depending on the material and process.
Type: Process Oil

Machine Oil 180 is the right product wherever high cutting forces, large chip volumes, and difficult-to-machine materials come together—and where conventional process oils reach their load limits. It can be used in both individual machines and central systems.
