Swiss Screw 175

Swiss Screw 175 is a pure, water-insoluble process oil with Carbon Nano-Onions, specially designed for automatic lathes and sliding headstock lathes with bar feeders. It is used undiluted and transfers the CNO active principle to delicate turning operations: sliding friction in the cutting gap is replaced by rolling friction.

The result for long, slender workpieces: significantly reduced vibration tendency, cleaner chip surfaces, higher speeds — and 50 to 400% longer tool life, depending on the material and process.
