MATERIALS & INDUSTRIES

  • Structural & quenched and tempered steels: e.g. C45, 42CrMo4 – typically +200 % tool life.

  • Stainless steel: 1.4301, 1.4404 – no built-up edge.

  • Aluminum: wrought and cast alloys – no staining.

  • Inconel, Hastelloy & titanium: high-temperature resistant, ideal for defense / aerospace.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Initial filling & refilling:
Prefer electronic inline mixers; avoid Venturi mixers. Never pour water into oil or emulsion!

  • Measure concentration: Refractometer reading × 2.083 = concentration in %.

  • Inspection interval: weekly refractometer and pH check. – NanoCoolant
