Tool-X Multi-Purpose 101 EU
Tool-X Multi-Purpose 101 EU is a semi-synthetic, high-performance, water-based nano-coolant emulsion for universal machining. By incorporating Carbon Nano-Onions (CNO), the product converts sliding friction in the cutting gap into rolling friction — the key to significantly longer tool life and higher cutting parameters. The product is completely paraffin-free, odorless, and compatible with all common metals. It does not attack plastics or seals and is compatible with the food industry.

Tool-X 101 EU is suitable for all machining processes in cutting production, regardless of the material. Turning, milling, drilling, reaming, broaching, peeling, honing, grinding, and sawing are possible in all common metals: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium.
